This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the USBusinessGrants.org Online Service. By using the www.USBusinessGrants.org website you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at www.USBusinessGrants.org website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Description

USBusinessGrants.org, is providing Users with a web-based resource center at no charge. User must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for User’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

Normal and Expedited Service

USBusinessGrants.org provides Users with the option to pay for Normal or Expedited Service of their business grant application review. A fee will be applied whenever a User requests that USBusinessGrants.org review their application. The charge will be at a rate of $7 for Normal service and $21 for Expedited service; This service is offered to Users as they complete their application. By agreeing to this service, the user agrees to pay a one-time fee of either $7 or $21 depending on the service their choose. Our service provides 1) an in-depth review of the User's business application to ensure all details are complete and advise on any additional requirements. Depending on the grant(s) offered in the User's specified industry, these may include confirmation of: company formation with the Department of State, business bank account, time in business, EIN/Tax ID. 2) After USBusinessGrants.org determines the User's initial application is complete, USBusinessGrants.org reviews User uploaded business bank statements to ensure they show financial stability and opportunity for continued growth. The parameters to meet eligibility requirements vary by grant. 3) After USBusinessGrants.org financial review is complete, USBusinessGrants.org will contact the User directly via email requesting additional business information if needed. 4) If USBusinessGrants.org determines User's application meets all the necessary requirements, USBusinessGrants.org will submit User's completed application to the grantor(s). 5) This entire process will be completed within USBusinessGrants.org's processing time of 8-10 weeks for Normal service and 2-6 weeks for Expedited service.

Payment of the Fee does not guarantee your business will receive a grant.

We can not guarantee our grant application review will be completed within our designated timeline if there are excessive delays from your business responding to our requests for additional documents. You are able to View Your File at any time and upload incomplete documents through our Check Status online portal. Failure to upload all required documents will render a review summary result of 'ineligible for grant funding'. However our review will be complete and services rendered with or without all the required documentation from your business at the end of the guaranteed period. You will also be able to download your business summary, finance review and competitive research based on the information you provided us.

Fee Refund Requests
If the User did not request this paid service, or it does not meet User's expectations as described above then User must request a refund within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests must be made via email at refundrequest@usbusinessgrants.org. Otherwise, once USBusinessGrants.org begin processing User's file, there are no refunds.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IS INAPPLICABLE.

You agree by submitting your order for the USBusinessGrants.org Usership to www.USBusinessGrants.org that the Company’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Usership fee, regardless of extenuating circumstances. If you have any concern regarding the products or services, trials included, or other fees charged, you must elect to not order from this website. By ordering from this website you certify that you have been notified of this limitation of liability and agree with it.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold USBusinessGrants.org, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, or other user of the Service using User’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

Modifications and Interruption to Service

USBusinessGrants.org, reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. USBusinessGrants.org, shall not be liable to User or any third party should USBusinessGrants.org, exercises its right to modify or discontinue the Service. User acknowledges and accepts that USBusinessGrants.org, does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
