Your service fee covers our review of your application and assistance with preparing and organizing the documentation necessary to pursue business grant opportunities. Each month, we provide grant matches based on your eligibility and submit applications according to your selected service tier.

As part of our review process, you will also receive downloadable reports, including:

-A Competitive Research Report
-A Business Summary

These materials are designed to strengthen your grant applications and improve your overall funding profile.

Payment of the service fee does not guarantee that your business will receive a grant.

Communication & Responsibilities

Requests for additional information will be sent via email and must be responded to promptly so we can complete your review within our designated timelines.

You may view your file and upload required documents at any time through our Check Status online portal.

Failure to upload all required documentation may result in a review summary status of “Ineligible for Grant Funding.” However, our review will be considered complete and services rendered at the end of the guaranteed service period, regardless of whether all requested documentation has been received. You will still be able to download your Business Summary, Financial Review, and Competitive Research Report based on the information provided.

Refund Policy

If you did not request this paid service, or if the service does not meet the expectations described above, you must submit a refund request through our online form.

Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the initial transaction date or any renewal transaction date.

We begin processing applications within 72 hours by verifying business information with the appropriate Secretary of State. Once processing has begun, refunds are no longer available.
