To change your payment method or upgrade your service, please login by clicking here or on the "Check Status" button on the home page of our site. Enter in the email and zip code assosciated with your account. Then click on "View File" where you can manage your
account using the "Manage Account" button located at the bottom right of the View File page.
To cancel, please login to your account and click on "view file" then "manage account". Then choose "cancel".
For refunds, please read our refund policy prior to requesting a refund. The refund request form is also located on the refund policy page.
