Paypal is on a mission to help small business owners with big plans. That’s why they’ve created the Venmo Small Business Grant. They’ll be giving 20 business profile users $10k in funding each, plus mentorship and access to resources to help their businesses grow. Special consideration will be given to business owners from historically underrepresented communities, many of whom may face additional barriers to growth.
Paypal believes that small businesses are the backbone of our economy. They also recognize that the playing field isn’t always equal.The Venmo Small Business Grant will apply equal opportunity judging criteria in order to support small business owners from underrepresented communities — including Black, Latinx, women entrepreneurs, and more — as part of their ongoing commitment to advancing economic opportunity and inclusion. The grant is open to small businesses with less than $50k in annual revenue and 10 or fewer employees with an active Venmo business profile. Apply below by August 11, 2022.
